Meet Paul Than at The Trend

When you visit the Trend display at Burns Beach, the friendly new face at the door is that of Paul Than. A member of Atrium’s team of professional sales consultants, Paul has a vast amount of experience in the new homes industry. He kindly took time out so we could get to know him better.

Q. How long have you been with Atrium Homes?
I started at Atrium in November 2014.

Q. What did you do before you joined Atrium Homes?
I have been working as a building and design consultant in Perth since 1994. More than 90% of the homes that my clients built with me over the past 15 years have been custom designed homes, mainly two storey homes in the $450,000 to $2m price range.

Q. What do you love about working in the building industry?
What I love most about working in the building industry is that over 300 individually designed homes have been built for my clients in Perth. It is quite satisfying for me to look at these homes knowing that the work I provided has resulted in them being enjoyed and lived in by families that I have had the privilege of getting to know personally.

Q. What impresses you most about the Trend? And what do visitors love most about it?
Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail are what impresses me about the “Trend” display home – this is one of the reasons why I was so excited to join the Atrium Homes team. Most visitors seem to like the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that is connected with the alfresco area. The entire rear section of the home is very spacious.
